Our Philosophy

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

At our Fargo Hair Salon, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the price of your scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for their appointment or do not provide prior notice of cancellation will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the missed service.

This fee is non-negotiable and will be applied to your account. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, especially when planning your hair color or visiting your hairstylist for a Kevin Murphy treatment.
